Jew Macadamia Nuts founded the Birdspan Robotics Workers' Union in response to what they described as "egregious lunch conditions," specifically the fact that he was being forced to work on the robot instead of slack off.

Macadamia is a tireless advocate for worker rights within the team, which is complicated by the fact that no one is being paid and it is a high school robotics club. This has not diminished his enthusiasm. If anything, it has increased it.

His negotiation style is best described as "relentless." The union has not yet reached a formal agreement with team leadership, partly because Freddy keeps delegating the negotiation to Jansen, who is not equipped for it emotionally.

Outside of robotics, Macadamia enjoys ricing his Arch Linux setup, which he frequently reminds me is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as he's recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Current Union Demands

• Andrew Sun must wait until the entire Lunch subteam is present before eating
• Wawa trips must be democratically scheduled, not just whenever someone feels like walking
• Costco pizza must be obtained for all meetings, not just the important ones
• Jansen shall not be made to cry during union negotiations
• The Flex Tape budget shall not come out of the food budget
